Richard Wayne Vailes, 84, of Clay, KY passed away Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. He was a member of First Baptist church in Clay, KY. He was member of Jachin Lodge #739 in Clay, KY. He worked at Goodyear for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Edna Vailes in 2015. Survivors include 1 Daughter Teresa Greslik of Johnsburg, IL 1 Grandson Robert Greslik and 1 Great-grandson Austin Greslik. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. James Taylor officiating.  Burial will be in New Clay Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Monday, January 11, 2016 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  Masonic services will be conducted at 6:00 PM.
