Roger Dail Shoulders, 66, of Clay, KY passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. He was in the United States Navy.  He was preceded in death  by his wife Vickie Shoulders June 2013. He was a retired coal miner and most recently worked for the City of Clay Public Works Department. He is survived by his mother Mary Shoulders of Clay, KY 2 Daughters Kelly Yates of Dixon, KY and Wendy Clayton of Dixon, KY 1 Son Jan Shoulders of Clay, KY 5 Grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY at 1:00 PM. Bro. Paul Stone will be officiating with burial to follow in New Clay Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Friday, March 6, 2015 at Vanover Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 9:00 AM til service time on Saturday.
