Rosa Fay Casteel, 74, of Providence, KY passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.

Rosa was born January 6, 1944 to Charles and Sally Mae Patterson in Marion, IL.

She is preceded in death by 1 son Roy Casteel.

Survivors include 2 daughters Shelia Ann Papineau and Janice Fay Lewis both of Providence 2 sons Charles Wayne Casteel of Clute, TX and Charles Ray Casteel of Harrisburg, IL 2 sisters Clare Braine of Godfrey, IL and Della Jones of Hartford, IL

1 brother David Burk of Alton, IL.

Memorial services will be Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church in Clay with Bro. Larry Williams officiating.  Visitation at 11:00 AM til service time at the church.
