Rose Nell Fritz, 81, of Providence, KY passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY.

Rose worked at Dixon Bank in Dixon, KY for over 30 years.  She was of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Carol Caudill in 2015.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years Philip Fritz, 1 son Greg Fritz,  1 sister Mary Grondahl  all of Providence, KY 1 granddaughter Emily Caudill of Clay, KY.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Barry Cullen officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday, January 2, 2018   4:00 PM til service time at the funeral home.
