Rosie Dean Casteel, 78, of Providence, KY passed away Tuesday, July, 26, 2016 at Ridgewood Terrace in Madisonville, KY. She was a Baptist. She is survived by 2 daughters Wauneta Keller and Betty Stone both of Providence, KY, 4 Grandchildren Tommy, T.J., Sarah and Jimmy  and 3 Great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Star Bethel Pentecostal Church in Charleston, KY with Pastor Jesse Hendrix officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 1:00 PM til service time at Star Bethel Pentecostal Church. Vanover Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
