Roy (Donnie) Gobin, 71, of Providence,  Kentucky passed away Tuesday March 24, 2020 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville.  He was born May 29, 1948 in Providence, Kentucky to the late Roy Gilbert Gobin and Mildred Messamore Gobin.  He worked as a coal miner for 40 years.  He is preceded in death by 1 son Jeff Gobin.  Survivors include 4 sons Roy Don Gobin of Sullivan, KY, Billy Gobin of Newburgh, IN, Chris Gobin of Dawson Springs, KY, Harold Gobin of Louisville, KY, 1 daughter Amy Stone of Madisonville, KY. 1 sister Frankie McDowell of Shady Grove, KY.   2 brothers Ricky Gobin of Providence, KY and Bobby Jim Gobin of Eldorado, IL and 11 grandchildren. Per his wishes he wanted to be cremated and no funeral services conducted.
