Samantha McVay Harmon, 48, of Providence, KY passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at her residence.

Samantha was born in Madisonville, KY on August 9, 1969 to James and Mary Elizabeth McVay. She was of the Pentecostal faith.  She is preceded in death by her parents James and Mary Elizabeth McVay, 1 sister Delta McVay, 2 brothers Quinton McVay and Marty Zollinger.

Survivors include 2 daughters Whitney Lovins (Tommy) of Cadiz, KY and Brittney Davis of Madisonville, KY 1 brother Matthew McVay (Christie) of Wheatcroft, KY 3 sisters Nina McVay (Bill) of Providence, KY  Mary Beth Hall (Alan) of Clay, KY  Felicia Davis (Paul) of Clay, KY.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 26, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Rev. Jeff Graham officiating.  Burial will be in Lisman Cemetery in Lisman, KY.  Visitation will be Friday 9:30 AM til service time at the funeral home.
