Samuel Elmer Meadows, 67 of Morganfield passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021 at his home.  Samuel was born on July 19, 1954 in Clay to the late Louis and Jean Meadows.

He is survived by his caregiver Paula Meadows, 1 son Johnathan Meadows of Clay, 3 sisters Marilyn Curry of Clay, Judy McClain of Clarksdale, MS, Brenda Taylor of Henderson, 4 brothers Bobby Meadows of Henderson, John Meadows of Calvert City, Jimmy Meadows and Steve Meadows both of Clay, 3 grandchildren Austin Meadows, Brookelyn Meadows, and Steven Meadows .

Memorial service will be at a later date.
