Sara Louise Teague, 57 of Providence passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at her residence.

Sara was born in Dixon, IL on July 23, 1963 to Leo Henry and Annette Marie Peterson.

She was a member of First General Baptist Church in Providence.

She is preceded in death by her mother Annette Peterson and a brother Bradley Peterson.

Survivors include her husband of 16 years Ricky Teague, 3 daughters Billie Jo Teague, Samantha Belle Peterson (Jeremy Adams), Tabetha Sue-Marie Harris (Andrew) all of Madisonville, 1 sister Kristi Crochet of Clay and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Bro. Barry Cullen officiating.  Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery in Clay.  Visitation will be Friday 10:00 AM til service time at the funeral home.
