Sarah Margaret Stone, 84 of Clay passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020 at her home.

Sarah was born in Clay on October 29, 1935 to the late Carvil Davis and Hilda Maria McClendon.

She attended Community Fellowship Church in Clay.

She had worked in the daycare at Christian Heritage Academy in Providence.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years Carol "Hardrock" Stone 3 daughters Maria Basham (James), Susan Newcom and Sandy Barnes all of Clay, 1 sister Pat Kyler (Burt) of Cadiz 6 grandchildren Dustin Basham, Joshua Basham, Brandy Johannes (Josh), Brandon Prow, Angela Newcom, and Sara Beth Watson (Lee), 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Private services will be held. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony's Hospice, 2410 South Green Street, Henderson, KY 42420.
