Shannon Lynn Teague, 56 of Madisonville passed away Friday, April 17, 2026 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
Shannon was born on November 21, 1969 to Joann Horsley.
She is survived by her companion Jackson Cottrell of Madisonville; 3 daughters Brittany Warner (Timothy) of Louisville, Hailee Royal (Joseph), Kendelle Teague, and Paige Cottrell and 1 son Trent Teague all of Madisonville; 2 brothers Chris Horsley (Crystal) and Jamie Yates; grandchildren Jayda Teague, Hailee Warner, Alexus Warner, Barry Warner, Ariel Mitchell, Averi Mitchell, Max Tilley; great-granddaughter Eli’Anna Masoncup
Memorial service will be Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Brother Corey Rash officiating. Visitation will be Saturday starting at 8:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
