Sharon Gail Engle, 70 of Richland, IN formerly of Clay passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at St. Vincent Ascension Hospital in Evansville, IN.

Sharon was born in Henderson on August 17, 1955 to the late Harry and Mae Stubbs.

She was of the Pentecostal faith, she attended Richland General Baptist Church in Richland.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Engle, son Jimmy Joe Blair, sister Carrie Mae Stubbs, brothers Harry Stubbs, Claude R. "Bubby" Stubbs and Carl Koonce.

Survivors include daughter Barbie Rush (Tom) of Richland, IN; son Larry Blair (Misti) of Morganfield; step-daughter Rose Greenwell (John) of Nortonville; sister Ruby Archer of West Union, WV; daughter-in-law Cherise Wray of Wichita, KS; sister-in-laws Sabrina Blair and Brenda Hayes.

12 grandchildren Johnny L. Wheeler (Pamela), Jake Wheeler (Jen), Justin Wheeler (Zoe), Caleb Rush (Kaylea), Jonathan Rush (Faith), Stefani Vowels (Dalton), Samone Puckett (Matthew), Wesley Gibson, John Gibson (Heather), Mason Blair, Sheyenne Joiner, Brent Spradley (Kyllee), Kayla Burk, Tara Wright (Levi) and several great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Oddfellows Cemetery.
