Shelia Ann Papineau, 61 of Providence passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
Shelia was born in Harrisburg, IL to the late Charles David and Rose Casteel on July 15, 1965.
Shelia is survived by a sister Janice Lewis (Robert) of Providence; 2 brothers Charles Casteel (Glenda) of Clute, TX and Charles Ray Casteel.
The family chose cremation. There will be a memorial service Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay. Visitation will be 12:00 PM till service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
