Shirley Mae Truax 77, of Clay, KY passed away Monday, September 17, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. She was a member of Pentecostal Prayer Chapel in Providence, KY. She was survived by her husband of 32 years Robert Truax, 3 Daughters-Shirley Nelson of Clay, KY, Sarah Frost of Gamaliel, KY and  Leahann Waites Columbus, Georgia 2 Sons-William Quisenberry of Mobile, Alabama and Andy Hearn of Providence, KY 1 Step-daughter Lawana Williams of Hudson, Florida 1 Step-son Otis Truax of Pleasantview, Tennessee, 1 Brother-Wendell Taylor of Glasgow, KY Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY. Burial will be in the Truax Family Cemetery in Clay, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 19, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY and 8:00 AM til service time at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY.
