Stacey Dean Smith, 52, of Providence, KY passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014 at his home. He was a member of Church of Christ in Providence, KY.  He was preceded in death by his mother Edna Mae Goad. Survivors include 3 Half sisters Lisa Jennings of Mortons Gap, KY Shannon Mercer of White Plains, KY and Stephanie Scott of Madisonville, KY and Several Nieces and Nephews. Graveside service will be conducted Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, KY at 3:00 PM with Bro. Chip Palmer officiating. Vanover Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements
