Starla Jean Simms, 57, of Sebree, KY passed away Friday, December 25, 2015 at Siloam Springs Hospital in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. She attended Grace Baptist Church in Clay, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents Pat and Vera Fraley and 1 Brother Jimmy Fraley in 1968. Survivors include her husband of 28 years Billy Wayne Simms of Sebree, KY 2 Sons Christopher Nall and his wife Michelle of Eure, North Carolina Jimmy Fraley of Providence, KY 3 Daughters Johnna Cordova and her husband Rolando of West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma, Amity Ramirez and her husband Saul of Trenton, Georgia and Makaile Cantoral and her husband Orlando of Owensboro, KY 1 Sister Ann Galaka of Portage, IN 2 Brothers Earl Fraley of Portage, IN and William "Bill" Fraley of Lake Station, IN 13 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Pastor Randy Jones officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30, 2015 5:00 PM til 8:00 PM and from 9:00 AM til service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
