Terri Lynn Roth, 68 of Clay passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

Terri was born in Santa Clara, CA on December 27, 1953 to the late John and Mary Brantley.

Terri was employed at West KY Bank in Clay for several years.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Clay.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Doug in 2010.

Survivors include 2 daughters Lisa Fowler (Shawn) of Redmond, OR and Jennifer Jost (Heath) of Clay, 2 brothers Jon David Brantley (Vicki) of Spring, TX and William George Brantley of Clay, 3 grandchildren California Kilgore (Dayton), Sydney Fowler (Peyton Yates), Keagan Jost and 1 great-grandchild Magnolia Kilgore.

Funeral services will be Sunday, August 14, 2022 at 1:30 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Bro. Corey Rash officiating.  Burial to follow in New Clay Cemetery in Clay.  Visitation will be Sunday 11:00AM till service time at the funeral home.
