Thomas Wayne "Tommy" Shoulders, 36, of Clay, KY passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 at his home. He attended First General Baptist Church in Clay, KY. He was preceded in death by his father Billy Wayne Shoulders in 2008. Survivors include his mother Faye Shoulders of Clay, KY. Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY at 2:00 PM with Bro. Ronnie Cowan officiating.  Visitation will be Sunday, February 23, 2014 from 10:30 AM til 1:45 PM at Vanover Funeral Home and then proceed to Oddfellows Cemetery for graveside the service.
