Timothy Wade Lewis, 20, of Clay, KY passed away Thursday, August 15, 2014 at his home. He was employed with Strata Mining Services. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Leonard Lewis in 1995. He is survived by 1 Daughter Aleeya Michelle Lewis of Clay, KY his Father Tim Lewis of Clay, KY and Mother Beth Lewis of Providence, KY 2 Sisters Melissa Liechty and her husband Adam of Paris, KY and Brandi Burnett and her husband Kevin of Providence, KY Grandparents Henrietta Lewis of Blackford, KY and Bob and Faye Greenwell of Sturgis, KY. Funeral Services will be Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Mike Putman officiating with burial in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Sunday, 12:00 PM til service time at the funeral home.
