Wayne Woolsey, 75 of Madisonville, KY passed away on Wednesday January 28, 2026 at his home. Wayne was born on April 14, 1950 in Providence, KY to the late Walter and Sadie Woolsey. Wayne was a coal miner for many years and worked for Charolais Coal Company. He was an avid fisherman.  He was a member of Integrity Ministries in Providence. He is preceded in death by 4 brothers Robert Woolsey, Walter Woolsey, Leroy Woolsey, Bruce Woolsey, 2 step-sons Scott E. Hill, Steven Hill, 2 grandchildren Dakota H. Wallace and Jayveon Parsons.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years Phyllis Woolsey 4 daughters Pamela Woolsey of Earlington, KY, Angela Brown of Henderson, KY, Manda Jacks of Gosport, IN, Jamie Sullivan of Clay, KY, 1 brother Billy Joe Woolsey (Donna) of Providence, KY, 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday January 31, 2026 at Integrity Ministries Church, 801 North Broadway Providence, KY at 1:00 PM with Brother Ronnie Roberts officiating.
