William Edward Sigers 63, of Clay, KY passed away Tuesday July 2, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Helen Sigers. He attended Church of God of Prophecy in Wheatcroft, Ky.
