Darron Hyatte “D.H.” Kelley, 90 of Clay passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Crittenden County Health and Rehab in Marion.
D.H. was born in Clay on November 1, 1932 to the late Dailey Hyatte and Agnes Proctor Kelley. He was in the United States Army, a farmer, and a member of First Baptist Church in Clay where he was a former deacon. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife of 50 years Alberta Kelley, several loving sisters and brothers and step-daughter Deanna Caraway.
Survivors include his wife of 16 years Martha Kelley, 2 Daughters Loucinda “Cindy” Lowther (Scott) of Princeton, Deborah Kelley of Sebree, 2 sons Darron Kelley (Mollie) and Dorris Kelley (Darrelyn) both of Clay, 2 step-sons Henry Carroll Phillips (Bernice) of Wheatcroft, Joey Phillips (Debbie) of Providence, Grandchildren Kelley Butler, Jennifer Richardson, Kimberly Adamson, Joshua Floyd, Jacob Kelley, Anna Kelley Dock, loving granddaughter/caretaker Jessica Pemberton, great-grandchildren Andrew Lowther, Emily Adamson, Colby Adamson, Christina Hendricks, Micah Pemberton, Olivia Pemberton, loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Clay with Bro. Dale Williams and Bro. Corey Rash officiating. Burial to follow in Oddfellows Cemetery with Military Rites at the gravesite. Visitation will be Wednesday 10:00 AM till service time at the church.
