Lemuel “Lemmy” Jones, 63 of Clay passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at his home.
Lemmy was born on April 3, 1959 in Madisonville to the C.B. and Barbara Jones. He was a member of Redeeming Love General Baptist Church in Clay. He was a concrete contractor and was employed at Ashley Mitchell Farms.
He is preceded in death by his father C.B. Jones in 2020.
Survivors include his mother Barbara Jones, a brother Brandon Jones, niece Raichel Jones, nephew Ty Jones all of Clay and caregiver Jeanie Thomason of Providence,
Funeral services will Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Audie Cherry and Bro. Jason Buckman. Burial to follow in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay. Visitation will be 10:00 till service on Saturday at the funeral home.
