Martha Ellen Travis

Martha Ellen Travis, 69, of Providence passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at her residence.

Martha was born to the late John Thomas and Dorothy Hutchison in Morganfield on May 31, 1950.

She was preceded in death by her husband William “Sonny” Travis and her son Johnny Sisco.

Survivors include 2 daughters Martha Emery (John) of Cabool, MO and Jeanie Thomason (David) of Providence, 1 son Ricky Sisco of Catawissa, MO and 1 daughter-in-law Connie Sisco of Catawissa, MO  5 sisters Virginia Jeffreys of Henderson, Lynda Farley of Madisonville, Shirley Jeffreys (George) of Evansville, Vickie Adkisson (Vince) of Hardinsburg and Ida Prather (Hoakie) of Russellville  3 brothers Tommy Hutchison, Randy Hutchison (Jenny) and Richard Hutchison (Dawn) all of Russellville  13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren and one special granddaughter Samantha Sisco.

Funeral services will be Friday, July 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Rev. John Emery officiating.  Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Morganfield.  Visitation will be Thursday, July 11, 2019 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home and 8:00 AM till service time on Friday.
